Please don’t book this hotel there is very bad service of this hotel and staff also not good All rooms AC not good means like not working I booked online with breakfast and mentioned also but hotel not provided At the time of check in they said wait for 1 hour even we took check in in evening on behalf of 11 AM

Staff is so helpful.. Wifi is available.. Rooms are clean and neat... Ac rooms are available..railway station and metro station are on walking distance... Though hotel provides both veg abd non veg food the pure vegeterian persons have so good pure veg options near to hotel.. But the location it shows on map is wrong.. So confirm first with the hotel if u go through google map

TV is not working only free channels, Water battle not providing. Service is really worst i ordered the water bottle from swiggy as they did not answer the landline at 11pm. I prefer to take this hotel again.

Rooms are not good. Cockroaches every where. Toilet flush not working. In Wash basin tap water is not coming adequately. Not providing shaving kits. Bath Towels and bed covers are shoddy. Restaurant: It took 45 minutes to serve just a curd rice. Restaurant is not having adequate AC facility. TV is there. But not working because channel subscription not paid to the cable operator. Morning coffee / tea is available only from 8 am onwards. Exorbitantly high room rent charged as I directly approached and anyone has to be more careful before booking.

There is a gap between door and floor which will make your stay at this hotel nightmare. Due to this, the sounds in the corridor and other rooms trouble the stay. I have had sleepless nights due to this. When I complained about the people on my floor who are chaotic, they started threatening me indirectly by shouting in the corridor. One more issue is, they are overcharging on the items they sell. I was asked to pay 30 rupees for a soft drink which cost 14 rupees. 30 rupees for a water bottle which cost 20 rupees. Opt this hotel if the only option left is to spend the night on the footpath.
